Baasto Watchdog

If you see something on Baasto that doesn't look right, tell us. Anyone can report: customers, staff, partners, merchants or the public.

What to report

• Fraud, scams or someone using another person's account or identity
• Anyone offering to "cash out" Baasto balances, or selling Baasto accounts or cards
• Suspected money laundering, sanctions evasion or terrorist financing
• Staff or agents asking for bribes, card numbers, passwords or codes
• Fake Baasto websites, WhatsApp numbers or social accounts
• Anything else that breaks our rules or the law

What to include

As much as you can: what happened, when, names, phone numbers, account details or screenshots. Never send passwords, codes or full card numbers, whether they're yours or someone else's.

Your protection

• You can report anonymously. You don't have to give your name.
• We keep your identity confidential and share it only if the law requires us to.
• We don't tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith, including staff and partners.
• We may not be able to tell you the outcome, because some investigations are legally confidential.

Emergencies

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local authorities first. If your own Baasto account has been compromised, contact support so we can freeze it right away.
